Project Services -- This service typically
requires HR expertise for a finite period of time, usually for a specific
project with an identified beginning and end. For work done under a
project service arrangement, a proposal is generated outlining scope,
cost, deliverables and resources.
Advisory Services -- This service provides
advice and counsel on an as-needed basis. Often used to supplement your
existing HR staff, it is less finite and its duration may be less clear.
Many clients refer to this service as "HR On Call."
Training and Workshops -- This offering
is customized to fit the specific needs of each client. Some of our
