Founded by Patricia Hunt Sinacole, First Beacon Group LLC is a consulting firm with experience in technology, health care, financial services, biotech, education and professional services. Pattie has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley College and a Master's of Business Administration from Babson College. Pattie brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and most recently directed an in-house HR consulting practice for a $500MM e-services holding company.

Pattie has experience in the areas of employment, employee relations, benefits, policy development, compliance, employee communications and training. She has led cross-functional teams through a variety of difficult organizational challenges, including reductions in staff, acquisitions, mergers, consolidations and divestures.
